Welcome to Sea Masters! By downloading, installing, or playing Sea Masters (the "Game"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

You must be at least 13 years old to play Sea Masters. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Game. By using the Game, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

5. Virtual Goods and Purchases

Sea Masters may offer virtual items and currency for purchase. Virtual goods have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money. All purchases are final, and refunds will only be issued where required by law. We may modify or discontinue virtual goods at any time.

 

6. Intellectual Property

Sea Masters, including all assets, content, and trademarks, is owned by Block Connect. You may not copy, distribute, or modify the Game without permission. Streaming and sharing gameplay content is allowed, provided it does not violate these ToS.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide Sea Masters "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of the Game. We are not liable for interactions between players or third-party content.

 

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these ToS without prior notice.

 

9. Updates and Changes

We may update these ToS at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
